Toni,

at the Internet related conferences style could be choosen with a little
bit more freedom than at a classical conference (this freedom allowed me
to contribute a couple of time ;-) )

However I suggest to follow some ~standards~ . In a paper you could give
an URL to an on-line archive of any related information, discussion,
follow-up, however, a paper in a CD or in print should be concise and
compact, I think.

If you can not make a revision now, you should ask for an extension of the
deadline, you might receive it.

Some suggestions:

At the end of your paper there are same poems in Finish. If somebody start
to read a paper from the end ( I often do this!) then he/she will find
something what he would not understand then most probably he/she will give
up.

Therefore it is better to end a paper with some kind of summary or
conclusion section. In your case that could be a summary of your idea what
is the Internet for you.

In the last part of your paper I found some skeleton for future details.
As you had no time to extend your paper with these paragraph, the
inclusion of those references created some side-effects: readers might
become frustrated. Why not to stop at that point where the details are
already in place and add a statement like this : end of part one, more
detail could be found at this or that URL ?

Very best,

Geza
