toni, i'm in washington, dc and will send a longer message tonight when i
have more time, but check the guidelines for submitting papers to figure
out what the rules are. i can't remember but will forward them if/when i
find them, or look on the isoc web site at www.isoc.org. more tonight.
sorry your friend was arrested (there should be a greeting card for this
situation), but i think yur message reflected the mood of one who has been
partying for many hours and has not had much food or sleep. am i correct ?
